Aurora, I remember, I,
So glad to meet you when we met,
I knew that day you were my pet:
I fell in love immediately.

The cat's pajamas and meow,
     Prettiest ever kitty cat,
And deadly foe to mouse and rat,
I loved you then, I love you now.

Since all cats go to heaven, we
Will meet again by God's good grace.
I miss your meow, I miss your face,
I miss you, Cat, with Bethany.

The day you died, Aurora, died,
But didn't die, the sweetest part
Of God who keeps you in His heart:
Always in God thou shalt abide.
