~

the smell of your hair
like a field of a million sunflowers
the touch of your skin
like mulberry silk
your lips pressed against mine
lightning crashed upon waves
honey poured from your mouth
in those nights we got lost
beneath the sheets of your bed

~
not one day has passed, that i haven’t thought of you.
