i gave u my heart,

which i kept protected,

locked in a cage,

never to be touched

until i met you.

you had my heart

and played with it as you pleased

not caring how it would impact me

a twisted game.

until you let go.

and then the game became reality

when you told me

"i'm leaving"

and that was it.

the end.
how I felt when he left
