Those cotton candy summer skies,
Fade away
To clouds of gray.
The birds sang softly in the night,
Bye and bye
the songs must die.

The joy of childhood's bliss have past.
Silently,
It frightens me.
Now the days...they go so fast.
Time is up.
Fill labor's cup.
The transition from adolencensce to adulthood can be a frightening and dark time.
