Sleeping Song
The lyre of love sings
The flutes of God inspires
The angels of silvern wings
Spindle of dread's pyre
You wear the crown, my sweet
Let stars light up your dreams
Speak true, my parakeet
Spread your wings and soar and
gleam
A lullaby that I wrote. I sang this to a baby and she fell sound asleep
