Have you tasted the salt in the air?
Blown with wind,
Love, this tension hasn't given in.

Can you feel the sharpness in the air?
The desperate stinging wind,
Like knives, it cuts, it wounds the skin.

Did you hear my name in the air?
Fate whispered in your ear,
Sadly, you fled, riddled with fear.

Do you smell the musk in the air?
"A cavity in my chest"
I see you know that phrase best.

Could you feel the loss in the air?
As you looked in my eyes,
And let my reality be based in lies.

...
And will you miss me, dear,
Once you notice I'm no longer here?
