Self Love

by @kyra-woods

We weren't taught to love ourselves, We, instead were taught to see everything we are not. Programmed to see our failings. Programmed to see why we are not enough. that lack of knowledge leaving us consumed with misunderstood pain. Leaving room for wounds and self doubt. why, did it not cross their minds to teach us how to love ourselves.
