With a hint of salt from the sea.
There we were just you and me.
As the breeze flowed above us,
Our eyes met briefly and begged for a chance to abandon all of our uncertainties.
Underneath a blanket of stars the beach became the stage.
You began your work on my lips until there were no hiding places.
Caressing my neck, my shoulders, my back,
I released all control to you.
As you wound your hands in my hair,
you lowered yourself gently.
Intoxicated by this night our bodies mold together.
Soft moans from need of passion
heat this ember to a flame.
We grasped this moment passing by as we approached our finish.
All life's tensions flee this night,
Leaving our bodies demanding more.
