We all fall in love
In love with faces and places
We all fall for something different but one thing the same
We can't help ourselves with words
Every tiny syllable like rain, we drown in a typhoon
No one can escape the rapids of language
Words are desperately sought after, and so overused
But we cling to what we fall for so deeply
And that is the words we whisper
Announce
Sing
Read
And utter to each other
