I carry the cross going to this mountain
In search for peace, love and hope
I give everything
Even the clothes I wear
Yet
They want the air from my lungs
They want my limbs
They want my life

I carry this jar of tears all my life
For the hope that someday it will be filled with smiles
I bear the pain, all the miseries
Yet
Sunset extends it's view
I long forΒ Β the sunrise
I wait for a new day

One day, my time will end
But I am here again, wishing
That before I get there
I will soon see that smile
Life is fulfilling if the only thing that you wish for will be yours, even for a day.
