Automatic Lies

by mohamed-fittini

Look at my face and repeat your words. Are you truly going to say that. Looking surprised when I walk the other way. Painfully trying to persuade me to stay. I've heard it before. Imagining the truth that I don't see...It hurts me to the core. Saying my prayers, until the morning sun. Swaying me from the right lane, while your having fun. I see you for who you are. The demons of hell whisper and pledge their alliance. How to keep them at bay forces me to be in defiance. Delivering the pressure in tons, as she smiles and tries. I'm sorry but I'm programmed to remove the automatic lies.
