Dolores
He is so gray
Cold steel pain,
He drinks wine when it rains,

And when it rains too much
He drinks too much

And he forces his love upon me,
It's because I listen
I'm not lovely,

His eyes are blue
They look so dead,
And when he gets mad
He turns all red,

He talks to me with words so sweet,
Other times they cut so deep,
I really thought that you should know
I've gained much pain by loving you.

The sky is a dull grey-azure
But you shimmer like tear-filled eyes
Gauze flowing around your ankles
Feet barely touching the dewy grass below you
Twirling as the storm ascends above
Your bones are cold
But you dance as if there's fire lit beneath you
Your lips don't move
But poetry seeps from your mouth
Pasting to your body
Flowing into the sky
Lightning strikes with every other step
The pouring words wrap around you
Until you are bound with your own rhythmical tourniquet

Shaun Yee
In a small glass bowl with rainbow hues,
Stands a tiny tree with leaves of jade,
And a golden flame atop does burn,
While some silver stars below parade.
It's a bowl of art and fantasy,
Not on sale in any worldly shop,
It may be found in Gnome's Gallery,
Where the elves and goblins often stop.

You may not be
The moon or
A star or
The sun
Beaming vision to the world.

But to me
You are
The cute little
Firefly
Casting hope in me.
