Oh, Tangerine do stop by,
Help me **** the fleeting time.
The bitterness keeps peeling,
Bleaching me in every bite.
My dented undulating heart,
Bleeds the very orange.

My heart was once young as well,
It soared over life's boughs.
It dazzled over a grassy hill,
Brighter than the midday sun.
Even with the obscuring clouds,
Which kept the blowing winds to shun.

As the evening did spring,
The hill began to swallow.
My heart seemed to color,
Fondling orange with yellow.
Climbing up, this mellow girl.
Had her eyes on my heart.

As she began walking closer,
The rattling wind left it shaking.
But as the breeze blew away,
My heart’s rind felt her touch.
While her eyes kept staring,
Picked me out into her boughs.

The rattling wind did stop,
And I felt I was still shaking.
Her bright shining eyes though,
Seemed too piercing to be true.
In a seasoned moment,
Her grip began to tighten.

Comfort felt crushing now,
And the shaking continued on.
My heart to her open mouth,
As she took my heart, it feared.
But she stopped only to smile,
And threw it down the grassy hill.

And I say to my Tangerine,
My beating heart, come back.
Desolating me on the hill,
The bitterness hurts even more.
Time has fleeted the hourglass.
So my Tangerine do return.
Although outward beauty may be seen all painted on with a brush so fair its shallowness can be revealed in our actions unaware, but inner beauty is much more rare and it comes from God above. It is shown in how we act and we show His love. Like an oyster in the ocean its outer shell so plain and dull but when you look inside of it there's a pearl so beautiful. I hope to be like the oyster when you look inside you'll see a heart so warm and beautiful and see God's love inside of me After all it is the inner beauty that defines a person,it is the one that matters.
You can be physically beautiful all you want, if your heart is cold and bitter you are ugly.
Like glass, hearts are fragile.
You drop them and they will break into a million pieces.
If you are afraid of falling, then don't sit so close to the edge.
Because there's no one there to catch you.
And maybe there is.
Maybe there's someone at the bottom waiting to hold on to you no matter how cracked you are.
Maybe there not.
Maybe there's someone at the bottom waiting to catch you so that they can drop you.
So that they can leave you on the ground.
Shattered.
And maybe you'll realize you weren't the only one.
They'd wait for anyone to fall into the trap.
Manipulating the way you were meant to be held.
You tell them,
That a heart is like glass, If you drop it it will shatter into a million pieces. it's pieces will cut you so deep you begin to bleed.
You tell them,
Don't complain to your doctor when they tell you you've got a transmitted disease.
R. Remedy my heart make it beat again.

A. A painful reminder of a past I wish I could forget.

I. Insecure thoughts taking me back to that place I know so well, I fell so safe hiding in my soundproof shell.

N. Never again shall I fall for your sin your sugar coated lies your honey dipped temptation, you caged me in once but never again. I'll make my own sunshine, I'll start new again.
ANOTHER RANDOM POEM FOR all of y'all

For an instant, I saw your reflection
and, for a moment, I touched your fingertips
through the glass, as if it were water
Your glance was so clear
and sharp through that light
I almost stuttered as I shook
from the force of it all.
But I pushed too far and it cut too deep
and the edges of your face
slipped from view and I was left
shattered on the floor,
once again.

.

As we sit looking out over
strawberry sherbet skies,
breathing in the solitude
of twilight’s scented breeze,
remembering the passing day
and laughing at firefly sparkles
glistening in our eyes

I see evening’s first star
appear beyond pine tree shadows,
above a drowsy horizon
An opal on a deep violet canvas
illuminating the desires
forever glowing in my heart,
and I make a wish

Enchanting cricket song
wafts through the fields
in harmony with our heartbeats,
when you take my face in your
primrose petal hands and kiss me,
sweeter than jasmine pudding,
taking my breath away

Then resting your head
on my shoulder you sigh,
telling me I am everything
you have ever wished for
and you will love me forever…
as I look back up at the star
*and whisper, “thank you”
Another day dream, well, twilight dream.  :)
