one day my heart fell
across the ocean
then it washed away
and became one with the sea
while the birds flew
and joined each other in harmony
my mind got lost there
like the clouds underneath
the ribbons of my feet
they just disappeared
i can't seem to find it

fearless and breathing
distorted and jaded
memories faded
from the end of time
alice in wonderland
flying high in the dark
on the way to
never land getting
lost in my innocence
in a perfect disarray
colours go astray
and later fade away.

capturing a picture
that I don't see in my eyes
believing in false tales
and broken lies
too blind enough
to even realize the
illusion i had was never
even real
so here in my hands
i hold the capsule of
broken time
hoping it can take
me away from this
perfect lie
all the dreams i've
ever thought of deeply
can drift away and
eventually die
and remain with
the clouds in the sky

for this broken fairytale
coming from a complex mind.

in the meadows of sorrow
grown with sweet misery
as the moonlight

while the dragonflies
shine brightly along

glide along across

shades of indigo
paint the sky
while the doves
fly away in the wind
while the waves
match with the tide
as the white candles
burn the air with incense
as the smell of sage and rosemary
compliment the aroma of the air
i dream of you dangerously

i tried to find you
but you flew away
with the sounds
of the wind
and drifted along
with clouds in the sky
i tried to call your name
but you ran away to
the sacred place
beneath the sun

smoke filled clouds
leave a strawberry haze
distant memories turn into
kaleidoscope dreams
bright and vivid
colors leave a trace
on the night sky
thinking of you my love
as i count the number
of clouds that are in
the sky
and how each cloud
represents our love
at different times
the warm winds
remind me of
your embrace
while making
me think of
