I want to find
The point of origin
Of silence with you

We can sit together
And I will memorize
Everything about you there

From the cute scrunch
Of your nose when
You smile at me

To your saddening gaze
Which causes this incessant
Tearing of my heart

Without the necessary words
You will be enveloped
In my full admiration

Then I can work
On speaking the words
Another heart wrenching time

Blah blah blah
Enjoy!
I met her in a cold cemetery
somewhere in the south-side of Chicago;
raindrops foreshadowing snowfall
fell delicately on her tanned face.

Her embrace warmed me throughout the winter,
and her laughter soothed my damaged mind.
I wanted to travel to Paris,
yet she so dearly longed for Indiana's fields.

I decided that I'd like to be a lion,
and she decided that she'd be a lion too.
Nights kept passing quickly, until they slowed.
Suddenly the weather was too cool for lions.

We parted upon the promises of Spring,
both of us agreeing to remain quite close friends.
Off she went to her muddy mid-western fields,
yet here I stayed longing for cold rains.
we're sitting on the floor
there is nothing more i want
than to love you tonight

wind blowing through my hair
one eye on the road
the other on you

love me tonight
please don't leave
me tonight

River
You're just a beautiful dream
to me
Purple butterflies
were dancing in the sky
Through the sun set
and the moon rise
We looked into each other's eyes
And kissed
"Finally" my mind voiced
In a state of overwhelming bliss
Finally, finally
Finally
I thought I have to tell my sister
Then my phone started to ring
I woke up
Dreams like that
make reality sting.
