I will scream

I will die

I will jump off a building to make it all right

to fix everything that is wrong

but i cant

i cant help you

I cant do it a lone

I kills me from the inside

when i start to see your pain on the outside

and now the only thing i can do is cry

I cant make it all right

like you did for me

your a natuaral therapist

while i am nothing

I will scream

I will break

I cant fix you

with all my might

I cant make it alright

Im sorry i cant make these wrongs go out of sight

Im sorry i cant give my life to save yours

Im sorry i cant save you like you saved me

I want you to find help

No matter how hard i try

and i plead

to God

you see i stopped praying about me

a long time ago

but i have been praying for you

since we where kids i have wished you alright

you see i told u i barely knew your name

but thats i lie

since the first time i saw you

I hoped what i saw in your eyes was lies

but as i always do

when i see pain i run the other way

i hate it when i love someone

who i cant save

instead of helping people

all i do is watch as they break

there are people i have tried to save

but no matter what happens i cant make it ok

I never stopped praying

I pray that you are ok

but when you need someone to comfort you

i dont know the words to say

and its horrible for me

to watch people break

when i know they could of been saved

but not by me

im sorry

im draggin you down with me

I dont wanna hurt you

but i dont wanna die alone

Why am I not Happy?
I live a good life.
Good Friends,
Good family,

Good everything.

I'm not hungry
I'm not worrying about my medicine
I have a roof over my head.

But why am I not happy then?

Is it because of that whispering thought
Your friends think your annoying
Your parents are tired of you
You're ugly.

And you feel even sadder.

But then that other voice pipes in.
What are you doing!?
Why are you feeling so sorry for yourself?!

And you become guilty

What are you doing?!
You have a house and clothes
Food and medicine
Stop moping around!

And you feel even worse

You start aching
When you walk
And when you breath

And you become tired.

And soon, crying is every day
You can't tell anyone
And soon you feel the worst part
Of this vicious *****

Now you're alone.

What's left for me
I'm not depressed happy or sad
Not upset angry or mad
Emotionless
As calm as the sea after the hurricane
Only thought after thought in my brain
What are they telling me
My brain doesn't even understand me
And yet it controls me?
What a contradiction
Feeling sorry for me ?
Dont, empathy I dont need
It would be a waste of time I don't have
Just waiting on the next wave this world going to throw at me
Taking it head on
Head strong
I'd sell you some thoughts but I'm selfish
Plus you couldn't handle them
Chances of descripting is slim to none
Thoughts mysterious like rain when its sunny
So you get none
I have nothing else to say
But what's left for me

You don't see me
"Self
"Harm"
I'm cutting
"From"
"The"
"Inside"
I don't bleed out,
I bleed within,
Scars never seen
But the pain is always real,
And felt **everyday..

Here she lies still
Breaking the box spring
Twisting words around
Her father's wedding ring

"Dying," she whispers
Her hand on her chest
Prepares for the evening
Of eternal unrest

There's a creak from the closet
There's a crash from outside
A boneyard war being waged
A corpse trying to hide

"It's never enough,"
That's what we'll assume
The dead go on living
And their dreams are exhumed

Bust through the coffin lid
Break your own heart
The dead and the dying
Are only six feet apart

You hold grudges,
as if you've
never wronged anyone
yourself

You bear grudges,
as if you
don't know how
much it hurts
to have one
against yourself

Remember what you've done
Remember how it feels
