Hyacinth
My heart, my love, longs for thy caring hand;
Amidst thy woes, I'll breath life unto thee.
Divided, we'll fall; Together, we'll stand,
My heart, my love, longs for thy caring hand;
Being with each other's side, makes life grand,
All our sorrows and pains , we'll set them free!
My heart, my love, longs for thy caring hand;
Amidst thy woes, I'll breath life unto thee.
Dedicated to my one true love (^_-) <3
My first triolet! ;)
Again, special thanks to my teacher Blythe for her patience and providing the inspiration. Cheers! :D

I'm an independent woman
She said
He reached out and she took his hand
I know
He said

I've never needed anyone else in my life
She said
He pulled her closer
I know
He said

I've got this, I can handle it myself
She said
He put his arms around her
I know
He said

I have lived this long alone and well
She said
They embrace tightly, no space between
I know
He said

Don't ever let me go
She said
Kissing him, they breathe each other in
I won't, ever

Intrusion
~~~~~~~
The scent of pine came strong with the wind that morning
Blowing  above the countless small ripples that seemed to hurry
Traveling...uninterrupted...playing their game,
Unraveling floating tree branches,
Tangled in a mess, with cracked bamboo poles...
Red dragonflies, orange butterflies and green-breasted birds,
Hovered
Over the clear blue water...
Unafraid...
They knew they would be
Unscathed
So long as they kept a safe
Distance above the surface.
Water flowing was a soft, caressing music....
like a lullaby
playing, by the peaceful river,
The river...a vast dance floor, where serenity waltzed
Where leaves had fallen...carried further away
By the playful breeze...
and the nonstop current that ran deep,
~~~~~~~~~~~

Deep as the thoughts of a lone soul, treading the shore
Both hands in  pockets...taking time to walk
...lifting each foot from the crumbling sand
...while singing a song---

"Imagine there's no heaven
...it's easy if you try...
...no hell below us
...above us, only sky
Imagine all the people
...living for today....hmm...."

...kicked a small twisted can
three---four steps, then kicked a used paper cup
seemed to be good at kicking
not concerned about hitting anybody
like it was common territory....

"Imagine there's no countries
it isn't ...hard to do
nothing to **** ....or... die for
and...no religion....too
~~~~~~~~
imagine all the peo...ple
living...life...in...peace...hmm"
Walking...and kicking...there appeared a rhythm
Humming...singing same lines over...and over
Seemed to enjoy the walking
The kicking, the singing
And the wading
"You may say i'm a dreamer
...but i'm not the only one
...hmmm... someday....you'll join....
And the world...will be....as one....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The ripples rushed..........
..............down the waterfall
.................cascaded...fast...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
.....................and before long
....the river....
and the intruder
became...one.
~~~~~the birds whistled
~~~the leaves rustled
~the wind whispered
They all sweetly sang
Like distant church bells
That softly rang.
SG Holter
Vicious Monday.
Bones ache.
Heart barely bothers to
Beat.
Leave the bedroom window
Open for us.
I'm coming home to
Retreat,
Let's just eat, and find
Comfort in not caring if
We nap the afternoon
Away.
I want passive dreams
Of daytime intensity.
Bed and woman of the same
Soft density.
Nap. Little
Night between nighttimes.
Little rest between
Responsibilities.
Sometimes there is just
Too much day
In a
Day.
Dark n Beautiful
August is wonderful month for star gazing.
Camellias, dauphin Oise and renuculars in full bloom this August
How much sun does my August Moon flowers needs;
the more sun, the more golden the texture shine  on through
Here came the brides, marching down the aisles with theirs fathers
While, the theme of Goldenrod, Sunflower yellow, Saffron and Dandelion takes center stage,
August is a month that stands its own merit
an excellent month for bird migration, but not for illegal immigrants
August's birth flower is gladiolus, its comes with, calm, integrity, and infatuation
August is the wayward month no less.
Star gazing at its best
