Bewitching like the Higanbana,
She rocks her hips around
Like the blossoms that sway
As the gush kisses them.
She chants her tune,
Inundating the scene with her melody,
Dragging me into the deepness
of tranquility and isolation.
She looks at me
With her hypnotic eyes,
Pulling me further
Towards her with no effort.
She beams at me,
And the whole world sinks
Underneath her feet,
Like the cigarette stub
That i put out every night.
She looks so serene,
Yet she haunts me dreadfully.

Dear god,
For all i have went through
I have no clue,
For why i have suffered
While not being heard,
You turned a blind eye
Letting my cries fade by,
You ignored my pleas
While i was on my knees,
Begging for you to take me
For which you never agree,
I wonder what i still have to see
In this world filled with misery.

Time went by after you left,
The dawn was still cold as i wept,
The daybreak dews matched my tears,
As they fell upon the leaves in sphere.
Sometimes i ponder,
If there could’ve been a wonder,
When you held my hand and told me,
“I will no longer remain here, you see”.
For you knew your death was trailing behind,
Making you wish you could just rewind,
Just to let me hold your hand,
And when i did,
Your hands were cold and blue,
For i have been holding the hands of my mother,
Who had been long gone.
