Those nights strips away your nerves like wires.
Your body is tired that you can’t move but it’s not tired enough to sleep.

Old regret and suppressed emotions linger into your bloodstream,
and your mind slowly becomes completely toxic.

An empty wall is your only real friend and companion.
Whenever your dying on the inside there is no one around to save you,
But the loneliness is always consistent at least.

Every second passes by like an hour while the silence steals your sanity.
Songs mean nothing to the deaf but that white noise is everything you have.

You’ll finally feel better by sunrise but there is another night waiting.

In the end nothing will always just become nothing.

Sigh

He's a sigh the wind carried away

Faint and distant
Like letting three words
linger too long on a quiet breath

Barely there

No one hears and they disappear

you know they were real...

...Warm and solid
Heated by the spit under your tongue.

Quick and sudden
He melts on my tongue

In a short subtle embrace
relief comes in the strangest wave

And I sigh

Nature's code
No rosetta stone.

The blind men
The elephant.

In the mirror
I see your face,
you standing there,
depending on the lighting,
the mood of the day,
Aspects
I'm sure,
But knowing you?

While macro systems
control the tides
We're like sea grass growing
from the rocks
bombarded by the
waves
automatically
springing back up

There's probably
a pathway back
to when the meek
inherited the earth
and
bequeathed it

If we can ever figure it out again.

From darkness to darkness
it's a purple puzzle
mystery

All we're left with is,
Goodnight
Sweet dreams
Sleep tight.

I want to love myself
I want to love my curves and how i laugh
I want to love how my stomach folds over into small rolls when i sit down or how my brain works in creative ways, completely unique to me
I want to love my small flaws instead of picking them apart bit by bit and trying to be something im not
I want to love myself but most importantly want to be at peace with myself again

Covering your imperfections
Doesn’t erase them
We all have issues
Don’t follow the trend

Be yourself
Go “uncovered “
Embrace your flaws
Where the true beauty lies
On the inside of you
            Beauty is skin deep

Some words
Blocked at lips
Stay in the heart
Often leak through eyes**
