We lie a bed,
Sheltered in cloud,
Your words, soft, cut
Like fawning feathers
Serrated in a bone vise,
Our mattress was a grave,
Six feet, founded asunder,
Your pulling hair ropes me in
Two, the fabric of fleet, tightening
Fingers, laid without guile nor shame,
Without a drop of torn, tearing tenderness,
I am hollow in bleak breaking, spiking silences,
You remain cautionary, vacant in the blanketed hush
Tried, as we were doomed, in the noonday rush of sun
That slept in crawling frosts of creeping shade.

i brush a tender moment, strewn beside
the traffic lights in your eyes. to collapse!
to hold this a second longer! you burn like
sodium, on the inverted face of my retina.
in the thick undercarriage of cloud cover
you pour into my skull, fine droplets, as

rain begins to fragment sidewalk lines.
open bold nothing, i. what can be lost?
against all views from above the city, a
glimmer belies some gain. if a single cut
of grass sprouts from the ground, no loss
will matter. we will orchestrate a forest.
you will see. we will arch our backs, join
gaze, scrape teeth and house the ocean.
the sky will collect where our skin meets.

so, i feign no casualty and slowly
dissolve at the thought of you.
we will lay in covers of fallen leaves

I looked at you, it was love
at first site, I ate your heart
to show my love for you
was true you tried to fight.

I went to kiss you, as you
chewed off my lips, hungry
for each other I bite a chunk
out of your chest dead meat
went stiff.

You liked me for my brain
as you took a bite,  it was love,
you gave me your finger a ring
was on it as I swallowed it right
back, no need for chewing its
slid right back .

It was zombie love, we both
looked terrible, but they say
its what's on the inside. As I ate
your liver and you ate part
of my  kidney, gurgling as
it slid back. Hands in each
other, god this is zombie love..
I am like a dew drop on the edge of a leaf
Cautiously balancing on tip toes
Another dew drop appears next to me
A whiff of soft wind sways the leaf
We start pirouetting on the edge
Balancing with all the skills we have
Finally, we bond together
Different, yet unrecognizable now
A ray of light passes through us
To create a beautiful rainbow
It’s just the dewdrops

betterdays
hush,hush,
you clamouring crowd.
if you all scream at once,
you will never be heard.

form a line....form a line.
be patient, not loud.

oh, you little thoughts,
be not annoying or proud.
you will all get,
your turn,
even, if it be at three am,
tommorrow morning!
so! that is what  insomnia
is for....

that is when i
have the time to even
the score, to clear the
slate.

so please, don't yell
and make a fuss.
just bide your time.

and please, please,
do not disturb
the moment of,
blessed silence
standing quietly over there.

form a line, form a line,

one thought at a time,
maybe two.

oh, for crying out loud!!
you would think,
my mind is a zoo!
