I believe everything
That my T.V. is telling me
From my old time black and white
To the new color technology

From what all I should wear
To everything that I should eat
My television really cares
Never once would it lie to me

The way I should smell
What atmosphere I should breath
Helps me be myself
Fulfills my every need

It's here to entertain
Keep my life on track
Shows me what is in
Tells me where it's at

If you can't believe the T.V.
Who then can you believe
Based on fact not fiction
Never out of selfish greed

As long as there's still breath in me
I'll continue until I leave
Believing every single thing
My television is telling me

There's no better friend in life
Than a brother or sister in Christ
One that's there to give a hand
For the times of trouble and strife
A friend with an ear to lend
When you need to unload on life
Not to be your judge
But to lift you out of the mire

There's no better friend, can I get an amen
That you can count on
One that will be there to the end
And then take it beyond
The very reason they're in
Is out of God's love
There's no better friend
Than one that has their sights on above

There's no better friend
Than one that holds your feet to the fire
As the Bible points out
Iron sharpens iron
Knowing what it's all about
To become more Christ like refined
There is no better friend in life
Than a brother or sister in Christ

it is raining
on the sun . it's       raining
in my heart . the     day i leave
oh precious    one . the day we are
apart . when     it is all over . our new
life has begun . you     will see how i
love thee . it's raining on the sun

Where sleeps the crescent moon
and drifts bright stars away
to bring a song of light
glowing from a thicket there
where tawny birds take flight
or dappled in the wooded trees
foggy breathes the morning light
with rousing sounds of faeries there
drowsy in their dreaming cares
they bid farewell unto the night
and to stars that sail swift into
the evanescent light.

Now springs another day from this woodland place
soft with mossy grays or starry lichen lace
green the leafy ferns will wake
with scented rains wet upon the bark
incense cedars drift and swirl
sweet, the air of smoke
until alas the sun so brilliant comes
from behind a clouded cloak
and disappears once more
the dawn that softly spoke.
