Too much on the mind

Why is one struggle more important

Just working trying to get paid
Made many moves
Over arguing with others
Feeding never satisfied egos
Avoiding all that drama
Not dealing with problems
Always providing solutions
Open to change others shut down
Learned to let go focus on new
Asking what's needed to be better
Room to grow most of all improve
