Abandoned by her family at a young age, Miss Fay was adopted by selkies and raised in mermish splendor until the age of fourteen, forced into the world of education. She was rescued from this terrible fate by a handsome centaur and returned to her lake only to find that the selkies had long since moved to a different lake.
