In search of fear,
I went to treacherous mountain cliffs
where many determined beings had turned into stiffs.
In search of fear,
I went to the bottom of oceans
where whales and sharks were on constant motion.
In search of fear,
I went to jungles wild and raw
where 'hunt' or 'get hunted' was the law.
In search of fear,
I went to deserts hot and harsh
where sun was offensively bold and brash.
In search of fear,
I went to caves dark and deep
where creatures unknown, unseen creeped.
In search of fear,
I went into mighty typhoons
where objects flew like balloons.
In search of fear,
I went to castles remote and aloof
where ghosts were always on move.
In search of fear,
I went in dark to graveyards
where graves were strewn yards after yards.
In search of fear,
I bumped into an old fakeer.
I enquired whether he knew where was 'fear'?
He said with a smile
'In search of fear,
you travelled here and there, dark and deep
but it is hiding inside you, at times from your eyes it peeps'
