Pick a day
Any day
Everyday
It doesn’t matter
Not a one goes by when I don’t think about you
Not just your smile
Your laugh
You
Every single day

You’re a dream as if woven by Arachne herself
A blood moonlit stream, ever changing in color
Your heart sounds like hard rain on a tin roof
Crimson lips moistened by tears long reigned in
Blind words stumble out drunk off the moment
And before the light from Venus could get use to the depth of your eyes
I fell in love
With you
This one’s about the time I dropped my last cigarette in a puddle. I cried for three days. I can’t imagine anything worse.

And so it was seen
Under the sheen
Of a sheet of sapphire blue
A chord in motion, a melodic notion
That moment when I met you
So where am I now
Without you somehow
Surrounded by shades of grey
A thought to inspire a breath of cold fire
Sans you, another sad day
Skinned alive
With her hands tied
She was left exposed
Pay attention to her eyes
You could see the ongoing war
Between her defiant mind
And her generous, foolish heart
You could hear the words left unsaid

I can’t write to you
Not in the first person
I can’t tell you how I feel
I’ll **** for you
Is that enough?
Please ask me to **** for you
I can’t tell what I want
I’ll cook for you
Do you like panda?
I’ll deep fry a panda for you
I can’t say that you are mine
You can have my organs
Just pick one
Not the lungs!
I can’t say Us
I can recite The Raven
Poe? No?
Nobody ever wants to hear it.
Because the only thing that’ll ever matter to me is you.

The masks I wear
Hold well in place.
To wear them fair
I shed my face.

You were, you are
You’ll always be
The most wonderful thing
There is to me
