One day I met a titular telepath
That made me do social math
After I took a brief bubble bath
Underneath his heavy hovercraft
That submerged my brain
Allowing no sign of refrain
Only the pain
Of the stain
Of his Rorschach test
Filling inside my crest

You cast a spell of thought on me
When you walk by so haughtily
I can't think
Only drink
Your Kool-Aid
Of a fool's blade

It should be considered a crime
The way you control my mind
I feel so pointlessly paranoid
And it's not the ****
You travel to an abysmal void
I just follow your lead

I live in a world of mass media
But you cut off my streaming
So I guess I won't be seeing them
And I can focus on dreaming
Of an amazing life starring you
And introducing happiness
I don't care how it's reviewed
The critics negate sappiness

I'm so afraid you will get rid of me
While I sit under your guillotine
That can't reach me in your grasp
But if I ever leave it'll be in half
I'm trapped in a precarious position
That I fear will carry us to collision
I put my ear to the ground and listen
For an approaching stampede
That will steal my cognition
Will those wildebeest thieves
Make a deadly incision?

it occurs to me that my brother’s intermittent addiction to waiting caused him this insight: your real life comes true.  it occurs to me he remains a telepath.  a telepath whether or not I write as beautifully as he remembers.  he sleeps without a pillow claiming it gives his ear nothing to do.  he scratches his cheeks and says look at these they are the ribs of a pup I am caged in.

as the day has left me
love is still there
for special ones
I thank these inspirations
for love's desire
invigorates and sustains
this weary soul

So I look forward
to being together soon
with company
who make me whole

Now to croon this tune
to a crescent moon
to telegraph it
to telepath it
Just to do this lifts me up
I believe my targets get it
even if they don't know it

I'm a love transmitter
a shining sun
in a world that's done
having fun
because you have won
if you learn to love
Everyone

If I were in a fairytale, I'd be the knight to save the damsels in distress.

If I were the sandman I'd sprinkle so much sweet dreams into their eyes that they'd still see them when awake.

If I could stretch myself out enough I'd cover all the women of the world in a blanket of love and confidence.

If I were magnetic I'd hold back all of the knives they use to cut their tender skin.

If I were a telepath, I'd whisper to every girl who's ever cried, "you are wonderful."

If I were a mirror I'd show them all their best qualities, I'd show them how they look through the eyes of someone who loves them.

If I were a superhero I'd set out to save the world, or at least all of the sad and lonely girls in it.

If they'd let me, I'd give them my heart, or else teach them how to love themselves.

If I could teach enough girls how to love, then maybe one of them could learn to love me.
Telepathy is real if
you are in a mood. In a
mood telepath, the doctor
sees you. You go drunk. I
visited the dead boy. He
was a lost uncle and
stuffed. Another one.
One busted a lit dumb.
Around and up to sky
wizardry. The sword
plugged a ripple. Any
time smock was on
was there. So, we got
mustard toes on ick.
