She is the tigress
unless
she's
a ***** cat
until
there is more
of that
and then.

But when we get
half a chance
we go full on
for the fine
romance.

Wine and a kiss,
dinner
a wish
and the World floats
away.

She is a tigress
unless
she's
a ***** cat for me
Mr tomcat
and then.
He begged me to keep him company
but did he really need me?
Or did his gentleman like composure
simply crack under pressure.

The way he held me,
he seemed so strong.
I felt so delicate in that moment
but he crushed me in his arms.

Now I watch him every day
being everything I want
But that's the problem with me
I just ignore every bodies flaws

He took advantage of me
Until I knew something was wrong
He's not lonely anymore
But he was never very strong.

Swords and Roses
children laugh and play
the earth smiles at them softly
adults laze around
earth turns its face to the sun
summer dances slow and warm

Creating Scandel for the sake of love
The more the drama festers the harder I fall into you.
Into your arms
Into your kisses
Into a passion that has been buried by disappointing connections

With you I just want to be
Become lost in eachother for a while
Not let the distraction of harsh words and past mistakes
overcome what has evolved between us

It is real but undefined
It exists in the belief of what could be
We both carry broken hearts and insecurities
Are we strong enough to trust?
Questions seem endless and certainly unanswered
But through the very thick haze of doubt we see each other clearly and smile
There seem to be an unspoken understanding that we may just have
fooled them all
