It's late night
I'm finite
My books are many
My hours are few
My music plays
My eyes droop

The phone lights up
I get a text
"What's the homework"

Should I lurk my bag
With mysteries untold
Will this be the start
Where my procrastination will unfold ?

I always feel a wall
I can't get through
It makes me fall
In love
With

I fell  
I knelt
I felt
His unfathomable grace

I met you
You brought me smiles
You gave me the best times
But you were never *mine

Every feature is a story untold
From the glimmer of the eyes
To the heart of gold
Every smile she takes
