I remember the night
So young
So new to me
I found wanting to kiss
When
Temptation was flowing
I never thought I would
Let another touch me
But
I could never stay along
You were gone so long
As time marches on
I forgot
But I will never be the same
I lay down
To get you off my mind
Even time to time
I try to remember
Those long ago nights ...
You made love to me
Time to time
I see those lips
When I leaned on you ...
I realize now
I can make it on my own
No more hurting
Seems to be
For me to see
Till I get used to losing you
I may use the memory
Of knowing
Till I can make it on my own
Until I remembered the night ...
