She has always been there for me
She stood by me through thick and thin
Never once did she leave me

When I grew up
As did she
But yet my dear friend
Is not like you and me
Her and I are one in the same
But yet we truly differ
You see I am real and she is not
No one will ever kiss her
She is almost my twin
Yet we are not the same
Sometimes she's taller of wider
And my dearest friend has no name
But still she stands by me
Even when its hard
In the light she is there

My shadow is my supporter
She never left me on my own
