Waiting on One that will Never Return
There are so many new events in my life
But I keep forgetting I can't tell them to you
I'd give anything to hear your comforting words one last time
Oh, if only things would be fixed, repaired to new
I would have so much to tell you.
this is my 53rd poem, written on 11/20/23
