Dec 2019
You watched me sleep, I was a child
I'd hit the sack with your lullaby
And whenever a bad dream wakes me up
I'd find comfort in your warmest hugs

Whatever I have, I owe it to you
You reared me well and made me grow
I may haven't been a perfect son to you
But someone like you is a dream come true

Time has passed, things have changed
And here I am nowhere in range
But Papa know you have did it so well
Now sleep my Father, you are always in here. ❤️
An eulogy to my father who passed away while I was overseas on board a cargo vessel.
