I chose to make you bigger than me
gave you wings to fly,
and eyes to see

Then you captivated,
devastated,
and fed upon them all
with charm,
and will to lie,
the rest, doomed to fall

You left each poor soul,
toiled away in ruin
your reign,
unending,
your hunger,
inhuman
