Oct 2018
scattered over the lawn
two cats
seven crows
a freeway
more crows
my mind is scattered
I try to focus on counting
but I lose my place
1...2...3...
the dark corners of your smile
4...5...6...
a cool gleam in your eye

and when I find myself starting over
it's useless
thousands of organisms
on the lawn
but only me here
and one
bright
you
1...2...3
