She cried an island of sand.
She drank her tears.
She walked on the dessert with her bare feet.

She was lost.

She wander on a sunny day.
It was warm enough to melt her ice.
She washed those unhealed wounds with her sweat.

Sweetly and slowly, she was in pain.

Sand on her eyes.
Sweat on her wounds.

She dove  into her pool of tears and
saved herself awake back home.
