This is actually a letter
To the editor.
I'm flattered, flattered, flattered
When the editor begins and ends
His email with "You're trending."
It mattered, boy, it mattered.
The kind of confirmation
That gives artists of a genre whatsoever,
Faith and trust and strength
Which almost never
Happens otherwise.

You have made me feel like Jello.
