My soul is killing me,
Could you hold it a while?
"Of course, for a price!"
He says with a smile

"My job is to take your pain,
And with it your soul,
But don't worry my dear,
When you want I'll let it go."

Okay I will try it
Anything to curve the pain
What's the worse that could come?
I'm already insane

So I sign the ****** line
With the scars on my wrist
And I cry one last time
Before pain ceases to exist

"Here we go, close your eyes."
He says with a grin
As he starts to sing
I see my deadly sin

I try to take it back
But I know that it's too late
I hate to go to hell
But now it is my fate

I open my eyes again
Because the devil is no liar
There's nothing, just emptiness
And a land of heat and fire

He promised me no pain
And this much was true
Now in hell forever
He holds your soul too
