The truth will set you free,
Ignorance is bliss,
Now the truth terrifies me,
What foul contradiction is this?
I almost don't want to know,
Fear of it grips my soul and mind,
But I have to know which way to go,
So truth I must find.
Now that I am aware,
Ignorance weighs heavy on my heart,
'Tis a heavy burden to bear,
And I don't know how to start.
Flip a coin in the air,
On one side lies death,
On the other destruction is there,
I can only hold my breath.
