Something inside of me
exploded tonight.
Maybe a supernova of
a dying star happened
without me noticing because
I was being taken to a
whole new realm in the
Universe with her.
I would love for her to explore the Universe inside of me again...

it's ok
Don't let the moonlight sweep you off your feet
They'll claim it's a game, they'll say follow follow me
You're lost in your own intoxicated mind
and you're promising you're gonna be someone
                                      someday

The Clock

it's ok
Hours moved to minutes
Time froze again
Then seconds turned to hours
and you're feeling trapped again
right down to your bones, in constricting skin
you never know what you're gonna do
you barely manage to roll words off your tongue anymore
running out of time
you pick up your feet and
it's all over for you

Luna, I bet you get this all the time
But Luna, you know I'm not like other guys
And Luna I think of you every time on the radio,
when its soft and slow.

Luna, I think I saw you in my dreams
'Cause Luna, you're all I hoped you could be
And Luna you're an angel sent from above,
Gift from god,
Goddess of love.

Vous allumez ma vie plus que le soleil pourrait jamais

Luna, I know this might be a lot
But Luna, you're the only thing I got
And Luna, you're all I see in my dreams at night,
You're my only hope, my guiding light.

Vous allumez ma vie plus que le soleil pourrait jamais

I can't help but believe
That you could be
The greatest love that I'll ever know.
I had a crazy tune stuck in my head on the way home tonight, which caused the immediate penning of this song.

There's a certain kind of silence
When you sit in the grotto of a church
Far from humankind.
In moments of prayer and solitude
Focusing on an entirely omnipresent entity.
The sound of silence,
No, not complete and utter absence of noises
But that ability to shut out the unwanted voices.
And in the midst of faith and wonder
The chirping of birds
The crickets and squirrels
Leaves falling softly
And life bursting with unhindered ecstasy.
And in that moment of silence,
Wrapped in awe and profundity
I could feel my spirit rise,
The silence cleansing a wearisome life.
Making me humble myself to a prudent God.
This life given is a gift to uphold.
No words could quench my awe of His awesome glory.
This silence is one that stitches all my broken pieces.
This silence is one that sings of peace, love and mercy.
