When life gets hectic and you feel drained-
when trials and burden upon you strain,
just stop a minute-and take a breath,
hand it over to the One who congured death.
And know:the battle has been fought already-
the victory lies ahead steady.
Nothing can truely get you down-when once you ask the Lamb now crowned-
to take your fears your heartache and tears,
He is strong enough and care
,in prayer surrender-
and He will hear,
and renew your strength that you will cope-
it takes some faith and a little  Hope.
Remember He expects no more,than total dependance-
