Love unspoken
Tends to waver
A few warm moments
A few special favors
Even as the good friend
Or the teacher's pet
Acceptance may be
All you get
So when and if
I decide to show it
Unspoken or not
   Now you know it...

It just kind of falls out the bottom..
Buzzing sounds in the ear
Is it awakening tone
Bring your breath in control
And your body core
Lights up to the sound of the universe
It's illuminating you
Far from the darkness that surrounds you
Keep your eyes closed and within
And immerse in the feeling
For bliss and joy are hidden beneath.
Dog
A poet finds no joy in errant words,
those misbehaving dogs
which will not come to heel,
how can they delight us
they may turn round and bite us
It's in the night when you breathe in
And the calmness spreads within you
You look at the moon and then the skies
Feel the smile on your face
After the tears swept away
For it is the end of the day.

It's a cycle how it goes
I am aware but yet I am unprepared
It's a cycle, everything is temporary
And yet I lose the cool and get worked up
I fill the water much, it overflows the cup
So the expectations aren't met
the lifestyle is quite set

I live in past and future tense
I lose my being, the need for sense
I don't do anything in present
I am here, yet you can feel I am absent
But when I see the moon,
It reflect back right now
I feel it in my being,
In my bones seeping
I feel the calmness rise
At this moment now, I know I am wise
Forgotten away, all my vices.

What he eats, he becomes,
we see ruthlessness, what is in the stomach?
Killing kindness, the kind of vile violence,
the pain in our eyes, it was in their eyes.
Killed collective consciousness
be prepared what comes next,
What we sow, we reap
it feels like a clean sweep.

Emma
Wildflowers grasped in their hands,
Eyes expectant, waiting still—
Resplendent, she, in pearls and lace,
Crystals veiling iron will.

Upon a stallion, proud she gazed,
The cliffs below—waves, hungry, wild—
A dreamer young, her heart betrayed,
By guilt unpardoned, yet beguiled.

To marry love, the soul must pay,
An execution—hope undone.
Laudanum soothes the troubled night,
But daylight sees what grief has spun.

Rumors drift like soft exhale,
Tinkling laughter—shadows hide.
A sparrow leapt from trembling hands,
Defiant, boundless, unallied.

Death does not part, though life divides—
Choices, wounds that dare reveal.
Do we hurt to feel what’s real,
Or punish what we cannot heal?

Her fingers danced on shadowed skin,
Curtains swayed in darkness shared.
Together sought, together lost,
Unpredictable, love dared.

It is of no consequence, they said,
A black sheep wanders where none see.
Yet whispers linger, soft as waves—
A love alive, though never free.
