Sapient sentinel
synthesizing simple structures
shallow stereotypes

so many new opportunities
and people to talk to
so many new ways to fail

smart people respect the skill it takes
and appreciate the effort
smart people will laugh

You'll be more than you were before,
and a subset of yourself.
This is a poem about learning new languages.
From the green hill, blows downwards
a wind, gently titillating the languid trees
of this dense forest, the rustling of the leaves create,
an impromptu tune, proving they are taut strings,
yielding willingly to the sensual fingers of the wind.

Super moon, while raising, listens keenly awhile
as if she had never heard one like this before.
The wise silver owl, sitting on the high branch
keeping account  of every stroke of night, with an imaginary wand,
as the conductor, catches the emerging mood that seethes
within the million pieces of orchestra that gently merge,
get exhilarated, finds a pause to punctuate it with a timely hoot,
the moment freezes, falls in to the repository of time for keeps.

Dreams formed, destroyed, shattered, rebuilt, sometimes achieved, sometimes forgotten, but always owned, by us.
Nightmares grow and die as we do, as our true fears are revealed to us, by us.
They are one and the same, our inner computation of stochastic elements that results, in us.

Where the sun is limited
we stay connected with sympathy
mining for coins, with success imminent
elastic storage for feelings and memories

An almighty spiderweb of neurons
the source of the swarm
of democracy and the public brain
the source of /b/

Hyperlinks to the past and reactive assembly of the future
privacy is not achieved, yet we boast
we forgot in the name of utility
we forgot about localhost

Strange loops of reference
reference to everything they are
looping their own existence

Around them, the shell, the simulation
conscious, complex, but also controlling,
strong, stoic, but also stochastic

Crawling into science, silence
to be held and never escape
the great cyclic dependency

Addicted to intensity
experiencing what is given,
marching on,
with an occasional remark:

“Rational ignorance,
progressive stupidity”
