Home Bound
Almost home
Never more to roam.

Home bound.
Just up the road.
Soon I’ll be home.

Home bound
The tolls left behind.
Far away from home.

Home bound.
Where My Love lives.
We’ll never more roam.

Home bound.
The lights are on.
I’m almost home.

Home bound.
Where love is forever.
Nothing like being home.

I am home now.

The-rainbow-got-it-right
in the winners enclosure stood
No-suchthing-as-black-or-white

A point to ponder
There are no black or white present in the colours of the rainbow

Still in awe

why could I sense a stillness
beyond fear beyond tears

an awareness of wisdom beyond
thought, a realization that all I would
ever know was already known
only to be realized

maybe it was armour for all the battles
I’ve yet to fight
the fears I would have to face
the truths I would have to mine
the losses I would have to bare
the acceptance I would have to find

maybe the beauty I’ve yet to see
the love I’ve yet to feel
the paths I’ve yet to walk
the life I've yet to live

Mighty God,
Help me to erase within me the jealousy that's trying to consume my life.
Remove also the hatred, anger,fear and insecurities that fuel it,
Replace it with thankfulness with what I have.

Across electric blue

Maybe a bit idealistic
Trying to be uplifting
Always choose love
Over hate and bitterness
