those deep blue eyes of yours
make me want to unlock
all of your secrets
and explore all of the treasures
you hide at the bottom of your heart

You stab me in the back with a knife,
and I apologize for bleeding on it.

I haven't seen you in awhile my dear
And now there's something I've come to fear
That I don't remember the smell of your hair
But at least I'd recognize that smile anywhere
And I might not remember the taste of your lips
But I still want my arms around your hips
But your laugh, now that is unforgettable
And every moment we're together, is un-regrettable
Oh I miss you with every fibre of my being
And I'm jealous of those friends, whom you keep on seeing.

your bittersweet acid-kisses
 made my lips burn enough
to set myself on fire just by thinking of the night
you hid a part of yourself
in my hollow skin. you built a burning castle in my fragile mind, you ****

the thought of him falling for a girl
who doesn't see the sun rise
when she looks in his eyes
or feel galaxies forming underneath his fingertips
when he holds her while she cries
***** the air right out of my lungs.
because there is an entire universe inside of that boy,
and he deserves someone who sees it.

waking up is always best
with your whole body
smelling like selftan
because summer is near
with sand stuck in your sheets
from yesterdays walk on the beach
mascara in the corners of your eyes
because you fell asleep texting that guy
sunlight shining through your door
and flowers when you look outside
open windows to air out the house
berries and greek yoghurt in the fridge
and loads of plans to keep you busy
maybe life isn't that bad after all

Words that scorch
That yell at me
**Forget your love
Erase the love making
Destroy the desire
That built up
Forget what today
Would've been
Forget the love
That grew and
Tear it down
Like the world
You loved once upon a time
Erase the wound like
It was a just papercut
Instead of a sword
And arrow slicing
Through my chest
Forget all my pain
Like I can flick it away
Just forget the love story
And start over
As if

Here's the simple truth,
No ones voice will ever
Sing to my soul the way
Yours does

Never will another chest
Be as comfortable and warm
To cuddle into as yours

I'll never kiss another set
Of lips and be satisfied
Because if they're not yours
Then those lips don't matter

You are the best advantage
Life has given me,
Even through all the
Mountains and rollercoaster rides
We came out okay,
We came out in love
And that means *everything.
