Yes! I know you forgot
All that we shared,
The freezing rain
The scalding sun
The unsaid vows
But that was ordained
It was supposed to happen
Sooner or later

*After all, time takes its toll...
Musings, thoughts...

I want to fight till the end
Till I'm destroyed
My hopes would die
When the words and poetry wither
away from my books
Like the tree loses it's leaves ....
Here's where my mind and my heart  argue miserably ...

So many feelings comes surging
Breaking all the inhibitions
Every word cocooning those moments
Each of them a luminous sparkle of the soul
Flowing through the veins
Reminding you of the special moments
Waiting to be chronicled as a memoir
Taking up the pen
Connecting your soul with the paper
Every drop of ink carrying your inner world
Drawing a vivid sketch of your feelings
Wholeheartedly soaked in the ambiance
The white paper now colored with memories
Once staring at the blankness
You can see the words dancing to your tune
Pen moves like a magic wand
As you breathe life on the paper
With those precious feelings
Swathing it with your inner luminosity

Let me weave signs of love to you
For I want to dive into
Those glistening dark pools , your eyes
Where light dances

I lay words on your lips I want to read forever
For I smeared my prayer beads
with your name
Alas I weaved signs , signs of my love

Making you my dua while I bowed to the One
For I wish for your name to be mine
As you weave my signs back** ....
This is all I did helplessly .... Coz finally I knew " love is powerful tenderness which becomes at times almost in supportable" ....
Dua : plea , prayer

she reads her morning book
in the autumn sunlight
and within our conversation she smiles radiantly
gives glimpse of hearts truth
natural beauty rendered of the soul
is a masterpiece that no artist of word or image
in subtle colors fine lines can duplicate
her burnished hair spread by morning breeze
her delicate gaze softly suffuse
natural beauty so sweet to the eye
but it also the natural kindness she shows
to the odd souls around her
that illustrates clearly the best of humanity
she brings out the best in all of us
she makes me want to be a better man
she reads her morning book
resplendent in the autumn sunlight
a radiant woman of delicate beauty
she wants to learn, change and grow
she makes me want to be a better man
