A voice said, Look me in the stars
And tell me truly, men of earth,
If all the soul-and-body scars
Were not too much to pay for birth.

you could see her dancing,
fascinating,
like a ballerina.

You could hear her singing,
exhilarating,
like a tiny sparrow.

you could hear her playing,
in the woods,
like a kid never growing.

but;

you could hear her calling his name,
cureless,
in her nightmare's.

you could see her running,
to a target,
she will never get.

you could see the shining tears,
going down,
across her lovely face.

You don't drink, don't
do drugs, eat healthy, rarely
go out, rarely meet new girls

But you keep on writing, boy, you
keep on writing
and that's enough to outweigh
all the above

You'll see

he was running,
she shouted his name.
he didn't stop.
she thought he didn't hear,
he did.

Can't live anymore,
Need some music to breathe.
Can't feel anymore,
Cause of my broken heartbeat.

Can't taste anymore,
Need some color in me.
Can't see anymore,
Cause of the darkness I believe.
