I was lost and confused
under confident regardless
I chose myself
I guess.
you're not missing out if you're not the same person anymore,
all I know is I know nothing.
it's not that hard
The power went off
The street was dark and quiet
One single star shines.
you left today
tomorrow is uncertain
the day after
already too late

i tell myself
you are poison
take this chalice away

but memory betrays me—
the wine
the heat
my body in yours

and the truth—
i fell
you didn’t
Don't come back

breaking another's heart

stay where you are

no matter how much

it breaks my heart

I will not take you back.
He thought he was rare
Bt I see with clear eyes
The treasure was me
Not the man in disguise.
Everyone has  bad days.
Sometimes, the day turns vicious,
Making one feel
Like hiding from the world  a bit .

Sometimes, we shed tears,
Condemn the day,
But it's like a storm:
Intense, alarming,
Yet always with an end.
Bad days come and go but doesn't last forever. They are like storms very heavy but with an end.

On good days, I turn the pages,
Of the book with poems I once wrote.
So much pain in silent cages,
Words I bled but never spoke.

In black ink, lines carefully formed,
The pain I didn’t understand.
Black words my silence adorned,
Softly held by a warm hand.

I sat in my living room, talking to Death
“Why are you not afraid of me?” he said
I looked him in the eyes and spoke
“I’m not scared to die — my heart already broke”

He gently lifted his head, and I saw
In his eyes, a pain — an emotion so raw
He looked at me and said through teary eyes:
“Once, my love, there will be peace and no more silent cries"

I cried and screamed, “Why not now? Why not today?”
He touched my hand and looked in a peaceful, kind way
“My dear, your life isn’t done, it hasn’t even really begun
You don’t live, but just exist. Please, my dear, try to live
