My crimes
I did it
I finally did it
And I don't regret it!
I killed him
with my own hands
Let him bleed out on the floor
Gutted by the blade of the knife I held in my hands.
I can still hear his screams
His terror
His agony
as the sharp metal pierced his flesh.
I laughed at her agony
Enjoyed his screams,
Rejoiced in the fear I caused him,
the same one he caused me for years
Trapped me in his world of terror
giving me no respite.
A smug smile took shape on my face
as I thought back and observed my masterpiece.
The helpless body of a man
who didn't deserve forgiveness
who didn't deserve to live.
So yes, I did, gentlemen
And as I said
I do not regret it.

I have nothing more to add, your honor.

Freedom on canvas
The wind caresses my cheeks
The flowers’ sweetness scent fills my lungs
My hand travels on the canvas
While guided by the soft brush.
What a beautiful sensation
Almost idyllic…

Sat in this marvelous garden
I let my imagination merge with the beauty around me
Escaping the cruel reality
The one which can no longer affect me.
I am free
Finally free from anguish and fear
Free from anything that caused me despair at the only thought

Free from the time, which has ceased going forward
Free from responsibilities, which have ceased suffocating me
Free from people, who have ceased having expectation of me
Free from the fright of the new day, which has ceased raising in surprise
And free from life, which has finally ceased causing me death.

Late at night
G C Innocenti Oct 14
The room is quiet
Everyone is asleep
Only I am awake
In the dark house
Not moving a limb
Locked my eyes in the dark hallway
Searching for something
Hoping to find nothing

The room was quiet
Everyone was asleep
Only I was awake
In the now bright light
Between the loud screams
The blood is on the ground
My body ceased to live
Making me now the one asleep

Rosso Malpelo

A heavy thud, shattered ceramic
It is heard from the object thrown by the boy.
A anguished cry, cold tears
Come from the mother, full of fear.

A futile misunderstanding, created chaos
Unleashed the fury of a monster
Only capable of anger, madness
A sinner without remorse;

She screams, and so does he.
Burns his look in her eyes;
Scared, not moving
Her anguished eyes fall into his.

She cries... and so does he.
Upset by his own chaos
Moved by anger, born from strong pain,
Tired of being called a sinner
Inspired by the novel Rosso Malpelo
