If I was summer
then you were winter
that enveloped my sun
in an endless cold.
Where we would swim in lakes
you would freeze over in ice
and everything else I had grown.
Every flower I planted for you
was destined to wither and
not even my sun could
withstand your storm.

Theia
on your last day
the sun was shining
and big white clouds ran across the sky

someone held you tight
and told you, "i love you"
admired you
and cherished you

on your last day
all of your love poured out

you inspired
and you soared
you lived
and you died

your love remains
always

A M
Hungry Eyes.
Thirsty Lips.
Empty Soul.
I need you now
more than Ever.

Virtuous
I think the sun has grown jealous
Of my friendship with the moon
I prefer dusk to dawn
And midnight instead of noon
you're like a warm blanket
that just came out of the dryer
don't cool down any time soon
I want to hold on a little longer
cause I miss you when you're not around
and I hate knowing that feeling is foreign to you
you deserve to know
all the good things you bring and do
Memories only I remember
You had to be there
But you were gone
What you think you know
You don't
Keep on disturbing your peace
Every time you think of me
Pain in the football game
England is truly the same
It's coming home every day
But it's in Italy today and
England are so lame and
When they approach the
Football game I wonder
Is it three lions or three blind mice? But
I wonder who's going
To take the blame?
Football ⚽🥵🥵

Germany Or Netherlands Or Spain.
Republic Of Ireland not good enough to get there I admit.

More Love
When it’s morning
And I see your face
I see forever
With you.
The old clock sat staunchly in the corner,
with such a stalwart stance;
It rang out with every hour's time,
like a memory of ancients past.

The table set for five was stilled,
with dust and dirt piled high;
Each window in the yellowed kitchen,
was cracked from the cold outside.

A slate-gray sky hung overhead,
threatening the town with early snow;
a young man listened to the roaring wind,
And a tear fell from his eye.

He used to live in this broken place,
with his wife and children at his side;
But the crops were mighty thin this year,
to his family, he bid a sad goodbye.

Now what to do with these remnants,
of a loving life he had known;
A garbled prayer slipped past his lips,
while his heart turned into stone.

Yet memories have a certain way,
of stirring our fervent desires;
With the storm approaching quickly,
he set out to light a fire.

And within the flames he caught a glimpse,
of the force behind all his dreams;
Which lifted him from his sadness and grief,
and willed his soul to be redeemed.
