I fell in love with poetry after witnessing a Galápagos tortoise swallow a baby hawk whole. As the tortoise choked on the hawk it began struggling to breathe. The tortoise did not live. And the hawk emerged from its body as a changed bird. I, ladies and gentleman, am that hawk. I come here to share my enlightened mind with the world of poetry and I thank you for your support.
